We need AP champions with more diverse playstyles
(I don't know if this belongs in this board, but it will be seen more here anyway.)
Right now, AP-building champions are divided in Burst Mages (the majority of them), Battle Mages, Artillery, and Assassins. There's only a few exceptions: 
, who is an Skirmisher (arguably now more of an Assassin); 
, a Warden, who builds very little AP; 
, a Diver, who is usually played as an Assassin for how her kit works; 
, an Enchanter; 
, a Juggernaut; and 
and 
, whose playstyles are regarded as unique. There's, however, a large amount of AD champions all over the place, in all classes (even 
, an AD champion, is classified as an Artillery Mage).
We need more AP champions outside of the classic Mage playstyles, if only for the sake of variety. I would love an AP-building Enchanter who is good in midlane but isn't inherently unhealthy like AP lulu was back in the day.
On the topic of variety, we also could use more Unique Playstile champions, those are always fun.
has a pretty unique playstyle. in addition, we also have 
, whose main goal in teamfights is to run in and kill himself.
