PSA: Varus isn't the problem

Let's get something straight here. Varus' damage isn't the source of the problem. Nothing has changed about his Q damage in his kit. He has always had a good deal of damage when he can land an arrow at max range...that is his design. His E does barely any damage, and his W is pretty meh, so guess where his damage is gonna come from on a caster ADC. That's like complaining that full AP Zilian is opop when his q (IF he lands it) dumpsters your health bar; it's his only damage ability. The root of the problem is the rather noticeable buff to lethality. Complain about that instead of boo-hooing to riot about how op Varus is because you can't dodge an arrow and it chunks your squishy champion to half health.
