Since my first game against this champion, she has been my most hated champion. Every time she becomes meta, I simply stop playing bottom lane because I know theres a 40% chance a vayne will be there. Please boards, i beg you. Give me the knowledge I need to make any enemy vaynes I run into want to kill themselves
Edit: Preferably as an ADC. Pretty obvious that assassins will do well against her.

hsumis1ove2 votesvayne easily can. Zed is the easiest out of those mentioned. Once he ults, you jsut ult tumble in an unexpected direction, don't stay in zed's e range, and doge his qs and zed is dead.
hsumis1ove1 votesAs a vayne main i can easliy 1v1 any, and all of those champs. No assassin can truly stop her. If you really wanna screw her over, then do what they do to gosu in challenger. Play Twisted Fate mid and camp her every time your ult is up.
zlumpy1 votesHer early game is super weak. Punch her in the face before she gets all her tools and continue to do it all game. Played as Taric earlier and did exactly this. Lvl 2 just started bashing her when she went after my adc and stayed on her while adc followed up. She crumpled pretty fast. Plus our jungle was a rengar that pretty much painted a bullseye on her when ever he saw her so we just never let her play.
Girard1 votesEasiest time crushing a Vayne? Personally, Jhin is my go to. I main him but before that I always went to him as my first point because while she can dodge some of your abilities easily, simply laning against her and bullying her with your massive basic attacks can easily push her out or get a kill.
As always, stick with your support, ward, _buy a pink (especially important once you hit 6, it's such a big deal to completely counter her ult. Hang on to it and when she ults, bam, countered a large part of it.) _
For fighting Vayne with Jhin:
-Stick with your support all throughout laning phase and just bully her so hard she dies or is edged out of farm
-Try and go for kills using Dancing Grenade (Q) and basics, but using your Curtain Call (R) and using Deadly Flourish (W) will result in frustration because like I said, she can dodge those skillshots very easily.
-Don't 1v1 her, your damage per shot is insanely higher than hers but your damage per second is too low to fight her. Reloading in a fight or getting condemned will just result in a death.
Narvuntien1 votesWait for them to try to 1 v 2 and die. then they will blame their support for not helping. Thereby tilting them both. Then later in the game the vayne will start trying to 1 v 5 and feed.

. All of these champions do well at pushing and are good at early trades. Vaynes biggest weakness is her level 1 - 5. She needs to be focused on farming during that time, but if you just zone her out by using an Auto on her / hitting her with abilities then she is going to have a bad time. Also try to get your support to pick an aggressive support like 
or 
as if they keep up the harass like they should then she's going to have an issue.

- can bully her early and can actually 1v1 her when she hits her power spike (if you hit your blind, Vayne's ult's stealth is pretty much negated).
- can bully her early, and counters her in teamfights (as soon as your teammates are about to dive vayne, ult her. Cait's ult gives true sight, meaning Vayne can't ult and tumble to gain stealth and avoid the death).
- this is a closer match up. Again, Jinx can bully lane early (pretty heavily). Once Vayne hits 6 and/or gets ghostblade she typically can win 1v1s and 2v2s against Jinx. However, Vayne being behind will likely want to split push and Jinx is a teamfight monster. So group mid, let your top or mid respond to Vayne's split pushing (if she's really behind, make sure she stays really behind) and force teamfights. You'll win pretty handily when they don't have an ADC in their teamfights. Just be careful that Vayne doesn't come join and clean up the ends of a fight, if she gets a few kills she'll really get going.
Statistically, also do well against her. I don't play any of these champions, but here are my best guesses:
Twitch: His stealth probably counters her ultimate (i.e. bait her ult, back off, then she doesn't have ult). He's got good ranged with his ultimate too.
MF: She's just a huge bully, and her wombo for teamfights probably
Ashe: Just strong in general right now. Her utility probably helps too (can slow vayne when she tries to engage, has a stun to help lock her down).
