Viktor player seeking advice

Okay so I've been playing Viktor for a while now, a lot less after I placed Plat last season but I've been playing him on and off for the past 2 years; I've kinda found myself in a bit of an awkward place where a lot of the older match ups namely the assassins that have been reworked are really really hard to play into now. So with people like Zed, Talon, Kat, Akali it was fairly simple. Start Q, farm well and poke them away from CS, AQA+TLD simple trades early, farm up 6 if they try an all in gravity field always made for a good trade or kill once 6. I've not played Viktor into any of these guys since the changes and I'm just wanting some advice, Zed/Talon/Akali aren't as bad as trading into Kat I can atleast deal but the way how it currently stands she has so many jumps Gravity field is fucking useless, she has so much burst now and with her being able to cancel her ult and then shunpo away, the Channel cancel from my ult is useless because I'll be bursted to 1/4 health from her QERE and if I do manage to cancel her ult she already has a W prepped somewhere so I can't follow up any damage.

I fucked around with the Rylais build in S6 but I dunno what's actually being built this season.

Anyone got any words of advice? I saw Fakers lichbane build, it's effective, good for pushing etc but I wanna know if any other Viktor mains have a more optimal build or just any general advice on how to deal with the new assassins.
