@Riot, Why is this allowed?

Okay so I just had my first ranked game of the day and I'm honestly kinda just tilted right now. I have just sat through 35 minutes of watching xin zhao heal back up to full health within seconds of being out combat, I was literally turtled under tower because trading with him is impossible. It is literally impossible to actually fight him in his current state without having 2-3 people as back up and even then he still gets a kill out of it. Please bare in mind that he was not at all fed during this game up until about the 20 minute point in the game where he had roughly 4 kills. I mean honestly if these changes are gonna stay needs to looked at and possibly nerfed. I played quite a few games as xin when guinsoos was changed and he was an oppressive force then both in the jungle and in top lane and i feel like these changes are gonna make one of my favourite champions since season 4 become permabanned. I do have screenshots of the end game lobby and somehow I don't think a fighter should be healing more than the support 21314 as opposed to 4218...
