because a regular ADC will put out 1100 damage crits every attack while attacking at 1.6-2.5 (if not higher) attacks every second. jhin's far more bursty than other ADC's but he has the lowest sustained damage of them all.

Because he's gated by a fixed attack speed and bullet consumption? Other ADCs can shred him in a duel because he's got a high burst but low sustained damage output.
