I kept notes and tallies this time, just to be sure I wasn't imagining or inflating things in my head afterwards...

Queue for Normal Draft, Top primary, Jungle secondary. Estimated Wait Time: 2:48 Actual Wait Time: 31 minutes 9 ready prompts. 6 lobbies.

And, mind you, that 31 minutes is a lie, because the wait timer does not run while you're in a lobby, it just continues counting when you get back from one. The lobbies can take anywhere from 1 to 7 mins to collapse, so those five failed lobbies represent at another 10 minutes, at a conservative estimate. (Also, I only updated my minute count when the minute changed, so if it was 31 minutes and 56 seconds, I still just called it 31 minutes.)

A 40 minute wait to play a 40 minute game. This queue system has very real problems and they need attention. Immediate attention.

I'm not saying go back to team builder. I think Dynamic is a much better system. It's the twenty-six separate AFK checks divided across ten players that causes this train wreck. You've essentially constructed a Simon Says lobby system that throws a game resetting tantrum over every tiny mistake. It's just like those players who dodge if they don't get their champion/lane, only now it's the queue system itself acting like a spoiled child, not the players.

Please fix it.
