Why can't I play this game and why isn't league of legends accessible?

Yes, I afk'd a couple times a couple months ago, but so what? Why do I have to wait 20 mins now to play a game to get into a game where someone ints and then I have to wait 40 mins for the game to end? If you want to lose players this is how, I literally have to sit here for 5 hours to get this back to normal and even then the game isn't fun enough to even bother with. I have a life outside of this game, the games are too long and I can't casually play without being penalized. Games are supposed to be fun.

There was a time I actually enjoyed playing this game but lately, these issues are just making it frustrating.

I was thinking about playing another game but fortnite just looks like a wierd version of team fortess.. any suggestions on another fun game?

EDIT: 2 players just afk'd in my game and I didn't care, It was actually best experience I've had in a long time with this game, the game ended at 15 mins.

EDIT 2: The 20 minute timer actually just allowed me to clean the dishes, then I came back and won my game.

EDIT 3: I've decided not to quit the game, it's actually still pretty fun as long as you have a block of atleast an hour to set aside for one game.

EDIT 5: Actually fuck this game and fuck riot, my client lagged when choosing my champ and then I was blocked from que for 20 mins, then i got the button to show up and i had to wait ANOTHER 20 MINS to get into a game.

Wtf.
