Thank GOD, I was protesting for the buffs on this pointless cancer champion since I saw them. I'm so glad they listened and scrapped them. Thank you Riot, if compensation buffs for Lee or Yasuo aren't going to happen, this is at least satisfying so that other meaningful champions can be buffed instead.

the changes to singed actually made him less cancer, they just shifted some power from early game to late game, singed early is where he can snowball and 1v3, late game he's pretty weak, the changes were pretty good in terms of reducing his power
