Fix the matchmaking

Rank no longer reflects skill. If I'm on a team in plat games of players that are faaar inferior to the opponent every single game then you know something is up. Every fucking game I play it's a stomp 1 way or the other and it's stupid as fuck.

I want rank to reflect skill, not matching people on the losing team with losers and people on the winning team with winners it's obvious winners will keep climbing and losers will keep dropping.
