1-4 talon mid get's a gank from his jungler 4 times ends 4-9 with all of his kills given to him by his jungler "not enough ganks"
or even better the 6-0 top laner that ends the game 6-13 "not enough jungle ganks"
stop blaming people for your own stupidity. The jungler isn't obligated to gank your lane and if he does and he get's nothing because you can't clear vision or ward yourself and you die to a gank, that's on you.

Every normal player realizes after the second or third gank that he is camped and plays around it. Actually you can make a win condition about that. If the jungler is constantly top but you give him no kills by deep warding and hugging tower you take him out of the game and YOUR jungler can do objectives. But people don't get that. They rather push their lane and die again and again and again crying for countetgank.

The only thing I can see is when a stupid jungler ignores top lane THAT MUCH that they get dove constantly. But top lane just 24/7 shoves and ints 9/10 times and the diving usually doesn't happen.

He sounded about right to me. Junglers especially in low elo tend to tunnel and think they just ganked when in reality that was 5 minutes ago and the in that time the enemy jungler has ganked each lane regardless of wards or position twice. The amount of people I've had to literally show them their own replay to prove to them just how long they were inactive is insane.
