Can grasp of the undying display max health gained as well as healing?

The rune doesn't display how much permanent health the wielder has gained, not during the game or in the post-game lobby. It's especially hard to figure out on champions like Kayle and Gnar.

Especially let it show in postgame, even the number of activations is not preserved.

This issue and several other similar were mentioned in this recent post:

Part of the reason is that the health gained from the Rune is kind of a gimmick. Even on a long match, you might get only 200 HP from the Rune by endgame. Number of activations is a bit more meaningful: "if you are unable to proc this rune at least once a minute in lane than you should take a different rune page".

It did before people complained because its only good for 120 average hp over the course of a 40 mins game. so they hid it and now people dont complain as much. Working as intended

ok so heres the thing, it gains +5 hp for every proc

it tells you how many times you have proced it.

that amount of procs x 5 = perma health gained

It doesn't, though. I specifically referenced Gnar and Kayle as they swap between melee and ranged mode throughout a match. For some procs they'll be recieving 3 health, for others 5.

Yeah, that's not how it works. The game doesn't average stats.
