Riot, I implore you to look here and see this. THIS is how to do a nice mobile support with a good heal and a nice CC which doesn't feel broken and is not ridiculous hard to land. Sorry to post your rival here but Blizzard have so much of a better understanding on this then Riot does.

Also, she doesn't murder herself and make herself an easy target because she healed somebody.
