Could you (Riot) do something with Heimer?

I see why he's a fun champ and all, but people taking him into bot lane as a support/adc is just down right cancer. His 3 turrets hit super hard early/mid. His ratios are out of this world. I mean either A) delete him from the game or B) actually make his ratios to where it isn't pure damage being dished out, he should be a ramp up champ, not place 3 turrets and win the entire game champ. I've beaten/loss to many Heimer's who go bot lane, but it's still frustrated and annoying seeing how much damage he can actually do with little skill involved. You can miss all his skillshots and he can still kill you with his turrets. Do something rito.
