You need to learn to not sit in jungle and farm the whole game. If the enemy team has certain champs that you have to shut down early game. Then you need to do it, Don't sit there and farm and be useless while the enemy team scales. If you're going to do that then dont go into the jungle, play a lane. Or play a different game entirely. This is why NA is the worst region in LCS. You guys have no serious thought process on how to play this game.

The biggest problem I see is that junglers don't prioritize bot lane. Successful ganks bot usually net 1-2 kills and 2-4 assists just from one good gank. That is huge for getting your team ahead and securing dragon control. Yes, help out mid and top, but bottom is the most important lane 90% of the time.

Late game hypercarry who's early ganks are so shitty he is more likely to give a kill than get a kill. Maybe he's farming because he is about to carry your ass.

WAIT WHAT? I don't even understand this. In any capacity. 1: Every region has this problem, I assume. Are you knowledgeable in low elo in all other regions? 2: There are 2 LCS regions. Europe and North America. There is also the LPL in China, the LMS in Taiwan, the LCK in Korea, et cetera. 3: I don't want to get into a huge explanation about this, but it is nearly unprovable what region is best and which is the worst as a whole.
