This is why people do what they do because they don't get in trouble for it, It ruins the game play foreveryone and nobody can enjoy the game. This guy from the start in chat select was toxic as hell and was calling us all these names and stuff and we figured he's just being a douche pregame or something and nobody dodged.

Keyoshi1 votesIm assuming you didn't read the chat, According to this guy what hes doing is ok. If he's been reported and has a chat restriction and he isn't getting banned for it, then it means riot is telling them that this is ok to do.
