like riven getting a 25% ult damage increase right before championship riven skin comes back out
can we get some Kalista buffs so i can use my SKT kalista skin?
i mean she's at 48% winrate anyway, so even without the skin, without admitting total bias, she should be on the schedule to receive some kind of buffs soon, even if they're small as 2-3 more AD starting out

you misinterpreted what i meant. I was saying -the riven buffs were essentially worthless because they were so tiny. Riven mains in high elo (aka not bronze) said so. -Kalista needs a rework before she gets buffed because her infinite kiting and dashes is inherently toxic for the game.

Because Riven isn't planning on dropping an auto. She was planning on killing you with the damage of the ult. The increase of the damage of the ult is comparable to a support. If you survive long enough to force Riven to auto you again, even (EDIT in bold) before the buff, you can only be considered lucky you managed to survive THAT long.

I'm beginning to think you just don't like Riven. Like I have no idea where any of this applies to the +120 damage buff to her ult at all.
Anywho, In terms of having a Shield that scales on her offensive stat, so do most AP mages with AP shields. Are you going to say those mages should instead get AD shields? Because thats the logic you are insisting on. I could even go into depth as to how giving Riven a AP scaling shield would not help as much as you'd like, the incredibly short version being either the bases stats would spike or the scaling would in order to compensate.
AS Riven isn't good. It helps her combo a TOUCH faster by speeding up animations, but a proper Riven should be canceling animations altogether. By building AS, you are losing AD, CDR and Armor Pen, which are all critical for Riven if she plans on surviving. In the end you wind up with a net decrease in DPS.

If Rito buffs champs right before a skin release OR nerfs the champ after the new skin release (not nerfing before it, literally the patch right after a new skin release), then Kalista needs a buff.
She can be strong as, but she is no where near as spamable as Jhin, Ashe, Sivir, and Lucian, since she is more of a niche and even then she seems to be in a weird spot for a higher skill cap champ (and as a higher skill cap markswoman, and higher skill cap should have lower win rate especially if newbs like me use her). So far she feels a bit underwhelming which is sad on team even when ahead. I'd rather Support other marksmen.

her Itemization took too much of a hit, she can't go runaans BT boots anymore because runaans lost 35% attack speed, botrk got nerfed and isn't that great as a first item anymore, her backwards jump is terrible, her wind up to release speed of autos is terrible, if AS or MS are slowed, the other one is slowed too, she is just so fucking gimped right now that no one can play her, that is not acceptable

what do you mean by health? a buff would make her playable again, she just deals no damage, that is the problem right now, LCS they can't even play her with Alistar bot lane and get a win, that was THE most overpowered bot lane duo in the game before the nerfs,
there are ways to buff minor things to just edge her above 50% winrate and not make her be a collossal monster.
