Cassiopeia's passive doesn't stack faster if you poison multiple Champions simultaneously

Is this intentional? I honestly think that you should be rewarded with more stacks if you hit multiple Champions with Miasma or Noxious Blast.

Yup, it's intended. They wanted to make sure that Cass sucks.

It regrettably is intentional. They did it to avoid situations where she stacks it up way way quicker than they had intended, or alternatively to avoid making grouping for 5v5s at 10 minutes the optimal strategy with her.

As long as a champ is poisoned then every second she gets a stack. Regardless of how many are poisoned.

Hey grouping at the early phase of the game would actually give her a purpose. They SHOULD do that. Right now she's pointless.

It's intentional but it should be featured. Everyone is requesting it be. She has to be in such a dangerous spot to his multiple champions that she deserves those extra stacks.
