Make Fizz have to actually land his ult to kill people

Assassins such as need their ult to kill you.

However does not. Ive seen so many Fizz players whiff his ult then still 100-0 their target. His other skills do so much damage and have such low cds he doesnt care.

Suggestion:

Q can only target enemies that have his R on them. (similar to ) W Remove base damage. Now deals bonus damage to enemies that have R on them. E Can only jump straight up and down. Now homes in on enemies with R on them.

Akali can at least do more than just auto-attack people.

You left Fizz basically unable to fight anyone at all pre-6, since you made two of his basic abilities do absolutely nothing to enemy champions without R (assuming I understand your W change properly). Plus, unlike Akali, Fizz isn't manaless and doesn't have any ranged abilities to CS with as a back-up plan.

Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "similar to Yasuo". The only restriction Yasuo has is the on-target CD on his dash, which is only because the dash's base CD is basically non-existent.

E shouldn't do that much damage i think. It might be fun to increase w dmg, but lower e. That would require more skill, and E remains for mobility.
