Lulu support could use a nerf

She's dealing way too much damage right now as a support and she loses almost no mana while doing it. Combine it with her slows, range and shields and I think I'm something like 0-3 against her so far. Combine her with a Cailtyn and it's next to impossible to win the lane.

Also had to play against her top as Vayne and that was not fun times. She ended up winning the lane because she would range me out and do better damage early on than I would.
