Riot, it's way past time to remove the Lethality rune from the game.
Its Sudden Impact on games has just never been appreciated.

"Having zero dashes in your kit will give your next attack against a champion 10 lethality and 8 Mpen for 5 seconds.
The rune itself caters to a group of highly annoying champions for absolutely no reason at all.
