Unable to report trolls due to server going down.

This was my last game of the day, and two of our players didn't make it fun for anyone.

Our Jungle Brand died at the first camp and stayed in base because Teemo didn't help him. Teemo then started to roam and help bot and Brand kept telling the enemy team where Teemo was stealthed.

I eventually got fed up with this and asked Brand not to just sit at base and that now Top was unoccupied (thanks to Teemo) and that he could at least do something about the enemy Riven pushing.

"So you'd rather have me feed?"

Yes. I would rather have a feeder than someone who doesn't do anything at all. He went top and miraculously killed the Riven who was SEVEN levels above him after he died and just kept spouting in all chat "Oh, there goes first blood! Oh look Riven got another kill, you realize I'm feeding her right?"

This did not stop at all through the whole game. Him and Teemo constantly berating each other and ultimately being insane nuisances. Revealing information about teammate locations to the enemy team.

Enter 20 minutes, a number of us want to get out of the game. Brand pulls up the surrender vote, and it fails 3/2. Brand of course gets fed up and declares, that he's going to feed now. He was actually TRYING before in spite of his trolling. (This would continue all game, to surrender votes started by Ashe and Myself all with the same result.)

Anyway.

tl;dr - - I want to report Brand and Teemo for generally being unsportsmanlike and ruining the game for me. And I can't because as soon as the game ended, the servers had already dropped, I could not even get to the screen where I do report. I tried going to the support page, however the page linked me to the boards instead.
