Can we get a little more information on this? In the comment we hear from @Reav3 that ChampUp has no plans for Vladimir, but which aspects are found most unhealthy? Is it the Manaless Sustain? Is it the Broken passive that makes every item on him over 100% gold efficient (Hell, some Vladimir mains on /r/vladimirmains are building item 3165 , and they still get 140 health from it) , or is it the fact that he loses so much of his power in his kit if someone just buys item 3123 .

I'm just concerned about another failed rework, because if he does need a full VGU (or heck, the possibility of one) the Mid-season update was only a partial success?

Reav3 hasnt said anything about what they want to do with him, which is understandable due to how far off the rework is. Manaless sustain probably won't go, since that's an incredibly core part of his identity. Morello's on Vlad isnt really an abuse case, because he's not overperforming with it, it's just an alternative build. I wouldnt call Crimson Pact broken, since it's not "free" stats like Vayne's passive, it just augments the ones you build.

But yeah, other than that there will be one and it's far off, we don't know anything. I'm keeping my eyes and ears peeled though.

Reav3 commented on how it is down there, but it will likely be at the level of your mains (Sion ,Poppy ) with how he's talking about full VGU.
