If you would like to prove that someone is a weak player, what could you do to prove it? What kind of stats, what kind of behaviour would be? How could you do it?

You don't. You just leave them alone. They don't need you flaming at them for their poor playing skill.
Depends on role: CS is huge for laners, Kill participation for supports/wards, objectives for junglers/KP, damage for carries, towers/tank for top. Just a few i can think of
