How do I keep tabs on a cheater?

Played against a kogmaw jungle, not even being silly, He avoided every skillshot from everyone on the team. to the point to where if 2 came at him at the same time, he literally stood still and they would wizz past him, was auto attacking and running at the same time, even with kogmaws insane attack speed, was able to still take a step before each shot to get closer and closer. Hell even a fight at baron we had pinked in a bush, when the fight started he q'd the exact spot our teammate was in for a kill, and literally got 4 penta's that game. I reported for third party software, but is there a way I can find out what happens. it was a ranked game and i'm pretty concerned that this can even happen.

Kiting along those lines is a legit thing that smurfs can occasionally be found doing, so it may well be a case of someone just of a rather higher rank murdering some silvers (or whatever rank you currently are).

Still, if you really care (although you shouldn't), you can look up the champion every now and then and see if they mysteriously stop playing games. Bots/scripters tend to get banned in waves so sometimes it can feel like forever before action is taken, and sometimes they're actually legit good players so won't get punished at all, but the appropriate action does get taken eventually.

(Also blind checking brush with skill shots, particularly around baron when theres no vision of the enemy team is a completely reasonable thing to do.)

replay.gg allows you to view some of his other replays and see if he's been playing recently.

Just creep on the person using op.gg or their client online match history. When the next ban wave hits they should become "inactive." Mysteriously of course :^)

I used to do this myself until I trusted the system more.
