VS Karthas jungle? He doesnt even have to have hands. As long as he clears jungle with his face, and slaps his shlong on his R button, hes going to outperform every jungler in the game.

Why is this a thing???

Invade him. A campfire in the jungle is still a campfire.

If you don't, everyone can just get mag resist and stay frosty.

P.S. Those neat 8 Mag resist runes on your Rune page help! I've had several Karthus recently Ult me thinking they were going to kill, only to fall 20-25 HP short.

He's slow moving, so his clear is considerably slow. Only his Red/Blue/Gromp are fast. He also can't really solo Drake. His gank pressure other than Ult is more or less 1/2 that of real junglers.
