Is that they feel equally effective against any target and it makes me question the power curves of the marksmen class all over again.
Sure crit was never exactly weak against specific targets, but it took a while to build up so the marksman had a weak point in the game that could be exploited.

Don't you like compensating for excessive amounts of armor flat penetration by buffing % armor penetration so players can negate over half of bonus armor with one non-keystone mastery and a 1300g item component? Stop me where this doesn't make sense to you: there's too much armor penetration so we're going to fix that by making it cheaper to get even more
