Just remove Blitzcrank W slow and revert a couple of the nerfs you did to him and that should fix him.
Because these 3 champion does his job but offer way more than him.

Keiaga2 votesBlitz's Q is unique in the fact that it pulls them back the farthest. He's not as versatile as Pyke or Thresh, but with his qer combo whoever he's the most dangerous to get pulled by.

King Braum1 votesPyke has lower cooldown, mana cost and a higher base mana pool meaning Pyke has an easier early lane phase with more reliable engages, unlike blitz who can fire his hook a total of 3 times with his 270 Base mana pool and has a 20 second cooldown between each shot.

Blitz is supposed to pick one person off with a hook, he is not a engage champion SO WHY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ENGAGE.
Also blitz hook is better in every way then pyke hook meaning it should be limited.

Pyke at least can kill both adc and supports, blitzcrank bring literally almost no damage and will most likely get his ADC kill with a free gapcloser to them.

What? Game are you playing since it's not league. Pyke actually doesn't do much damage he requires follow up if he doesn't get that he doesn't do anything. For both the adc and support to die his adc has to do basically all the damage.
Also blitz IS A FUCKING TANK THEY'RE NOT PICKED FOR DAMAGE!!!!
