So back at the beginning of season 14 Rengar was nurfed for Obliterating turrents.

WW can not do that to a turret
Yi and Udyr still need minions, you can see when they are split pushing because minions give you vision so if they reach a turret without anyone going to stop them you deserve it. They can't just run up to a turret and start taking it
