I just had a thought about Lissandra passive

What if Liss got a passive where she applied Brittle.

Say, if she impairs an enemy champion's movement 3 times, or for a certain amount of time, it would apply brittle. Something useful for her kit and uses a new status thats only one one champion so far

I thought it sounded interesting

That would kinda make sense, except a fire-based champ and an ice-based champ being the only 2 champions with a certain CC doesn't make too much sense. (Would be cool tho)

well cold makes things brittle (more than fire i thought) and if you think about it Ornn's release skin adds 'lightning' to the list of brittle elements lol
