Darius with only black cleaver out running Teemo.

Really this shouldnt be happpening. These items are getting out of hand. He only had black cleaver, i was splitpushing as teemo with 4 points in w and he would out run me easily so i would have to flash away and rely on mushrooms to slow him. Can you revert the teemo W changes? The old teemo had 460 ms with over 500 when w was activated and the passive wasnt deactivated by dmg. Darius has a 550 range aoe pull with a strong ass slow and a w slow, add in bc and its impossible to escape, so he really should out run a teemo with just a black cleaver (he probably used q to kill a minion). Teemo needs to be able to kite a darius, he has no chance if he isn't at least slightly faster.

I wasn't even top vs him. I was support. I went to split push top in mid game. He out ran me, that's the point. I want teemos W reverted, all he had was that one ms ability to stay away from melees.

But if a Darius with double run speed buffs hits a shroom you already placed behind you, he loses all momentum.

Do you think it's fair that any ranged champion should be able to indefinitely kite someone with movement speed bonuses?

Teemo can't infinitely kite darius. Darius's e pull range is longer than Teemo's auto attack range. I was running away in a coward manner, not auto attacking and kiting.

Generally you're making the first decision here... "Do I risk auto attacking Darius?"

Darius may be thinking: "I'm gonna pull him when he walks forward to hit me again!"

So it's really like every laning risk in the game. If your afraid of a skill, you have to try to bait it out or wait until they're unable to cast it.

-_- I wasn't laning. I explained, it was midgame, near their blue buff. He just ran behind me, following me, and was faster. I didn't turn around to attack him.
