I really wish that this passive was either a toggle active item or it should have a slightly lesser cooldown. I think the chances of NEEDING to ultimately waste this passive currently and then it takes 2 minutes before you can use it again.

Mecha MaIphite1 votesWell most champions who build it won't actually auto attack their target while trading. Zed can still poke with spells, Talon can poke with W (or just all-in when it's up considering he already has a duskblade and presumably youmou's), etc.
