Riot, any nerfs for yasuo?

I'm going to take a break from league until this abomination gets nerfed. He's just anti-fun to play against. I play League for fun, but I can't have fun with this champ in every single normal game. If I wanted to play fast-paced action game, I'd be playing something else than league. I liked this game much better when positioning and teamplay were more important than how often you manage to dash in half a second.

And, yes, I know that for the majority of the players (those who are in elo heaven: plat and below) don't have to deal with this issue, but when you're at diamond+, every Yasuo you see is like a nolifer who spent half a year doing nothing else than playing this one abomination. That's the worst thing about him: he rewards you for playing less than 1% of the content because he can win games with pure mechanics and 0 game knowledge. (Basically Riven²)

If you'd ask me how to nerf him:

• Reduce the duration that his whirlwind is active. Atm it is 10 seconds, which means that you can't get near your lane minions for 10 seconds because he'll dash dash Q in your face and you die. Reduce it to 8 or 6 seconds.
• Reduce his MS by 5. He's super mobile in lane because he can dash through minions at an insane speed. But even when not near minions, he outruns most champs because of his high MS and MS in his natural build.
• Slightly reduce the speed of his dash. This'll probably be the most crippling for Yasuo players and will be most frowned upon but personally I would love this. He currently just dashes at me and out before I can even react. Making it a bit slower so I can atleast do an auto attack or spell during the dashes or see him coming before half of my health is gone.
