ValyrianBlade3 votesWell, they increased the magic res of null magic mantle, and made everything build out of it instead of negatron, the idea being you won't buy mantle for magic res then not be able to build it in to something you want later because it builds out of negatron. The idea being too have 1 obvious option if you need magic res.
They also really reduced the price of spectrs cowl to go with the mres reduction (although I agree not enough price drop), and spirit visage and banshees veil both still give the same amount of magic res.
Overall I don't think it's terrible, but I wish they'd have kept it and did what they did with cloth armour and chain vest.

ValyrianBlade1 votesI think there were too many cheap options, eg Mercury treads, which couldn't realistically build out of negatron cloak? They never announced a reason though, so I'm only guessing.
L3V151 votesThe issue I have with the removal doesn't have anything to do with how effective it is on the game; its about the problem that we've been compaining about for YEARS. There aren't enough items for TRUE diversity in the game. Why would you hear calls for more new items and then start removing them!?!?!?!? That's shitty logic riot.
