Change his W autoattack damage from 70/78/86/94/102/110 % to 70/80/90/100/110/120 % - also for the sake of clean numbers, the 8 % extra is just ugly to look at. The original reason why it was nerfed was Crit Jayce being too unfair, but that build is subotimal now, with only Essence Reaver and IE are good items for him.

Sniperkaj1 votesRiot is trying different buffs on the PBE - they WANT to buff him. If your mechanical prowess ever extends beyond the vast difficulty of Garen mechanics, you might actually enjoy playing Jayce one day ;)
Lovelle1 votesProbably a bad idea, since Hypercharge is easily the strongest spell in his kit. Most people seem to think he falls off late game, mainly because they don't build around Hypercharge at all. That's where most of his late game damage is going to come from and armor pen alone is not enough to take advantage of it.
He's not even weak right now, he's just not as straight-forward as most fighters or marksmen. If they overbuff him, they'll just end up breaking his legs and making him possibly worse than he's ever been. Riot's balancing is a vicious cycle and I will never understand why people put so much faith in it.
