please make cinderhulk = sunfire BEFORE ramping up

As it stands now, cinderhulk starts out about 2/3 as good as sunfire, and then it ramps up if you stay in a fight until it is equivalent. Can you please change it, since it cannot be stacked with other immolate items, to start out as strong as sunfire and ramp into a stronger aura? Otherwise, tank junglers don't really have a good "reward" item like the other style junglers, all of whom can stack their item with other key non-jungler items without restriction to great benefit.
