Sure Lucian, Quinn and Twitch can flex to another role but the vast majority of ADCs don't mesh with other roles.
Have you every played against a vayne top as something immobile? It's absolute hell literally the worst matchup ever no fun to be had and no counterplay. ADCs in other roles just end up being toxic or underpowered. I don't play ADCs but I sure as hell don't wanna see them flex top.
Draven Always1 votesBiggest problem with adc in other lanes imo is that they are so vulnerable. Mid game, unless they are ahead, they can almost never get back into the game unless they get some kills or wait for post-30 minutes. Games are average 25-30 minutes right now (at least for me) so adc's just get outclassed. EDIT: ADC's need protection most of the time. (aka a support)

tanks can be played in top, jungle, support and galio still goes mid. Adc's cant really be played anywhere else and consistently do well.

I wasn't referring to Tanks being able to be played in other roles.
I was referring to Tanks actually succeeding in those roles.
They don't,
There's still a few ADCs that are viable. Playing a Tank is almost borderline trolling.
