Gotta love it, always the most evenly skilled matchups. Teammates' scores last games

0/6/3, 1/4/1, 3/4/1, 3/7/2 (20 min game) 3/7/21, 2/7/15, 0/11/10, 3/9/9 (38 min game) 3/8/11, 6/6/11, 7/6/9, 5/7/4 (37 min game) 0/5/0, 2/7/2, 2/5/2, 6/5/1 (25 min game) 6/9/11, 5/13/13, 5/5/10, 2/12/11 (35 min game) 1/2/1, 1/3/1, 0/5/1, 3/5/0 (20 min game) 0/3/0, 0/3/0, 0/5/1, 1/6/0 (20 min game) 5/10/15, 3/8/5, 3/13/20, 6/8/16 (43 min game) 1/9/9, 5/8/7, 5/11/5, 3/4/6 (37 min game)

9 games, out of all of them a resounding 4 teammates that managed to go even or positive out of the 36. A whopping 11 mother fucking percent of my teammates were able to not feed. What a magical game.

Thanks for giving me the greatest teammates in the world to carry me back down after just ranking up. Really great of ya, so glad their amazing performances affects my mmr and makes life so much easier.

Since I already counted way more than 4... Let me guess: you are only looking at kills and deaths? Even if not, some champions have a harder time getting as many kills/assists as others, while still contributing a lot to teamfights. Some feast-or-famine type of champions will have a lot of trouble coming back from a disadvantage, thus without being any less skilled than their teammates can have more deaths.

In summary: KDA-stats don't tell the whole story. Unless it's some extreme statistic with 3-digit deaths it's not possible to look at only the stats and say that someone is a bad player. I mean for crying out loud, you didn't even bother pointing out what ROLE they were playing.

The only roles i can excuse negative kdr (not kda, just kills deaths) are those of supports or play makers that sacrifice their positioning often to assist teammates (like a good lee sin in the mid to late game).

In these instances I didn't provide roles or picks because the support scores for each of these are the extremely negative scores (the 1/9/9s, the 0/11/10s, etc) and the only early game jungle picks (like lee sin or nunu) were games lost at 20-25 minutes because they didn't make any impact on the game (aka did not know how to play their pick or what they had to do).

And yes, kda stats DO tell a big story, especially in the shorter games. The only ones they're slightly less relevant are the longer ones, but in 3 of those instances the majority if not all of my teammates had a negative 6 kdr in those games (that doesn't happen just in the late game where 1 death equals a strong push for the enemy) and were only kept in the game because of either slow enemy teams unable to close or my score being highly positive.

The point is, yes it's a rant and bitching, and it's made because this happens EVERY TIME I have done this rank up. I can't just believe that people suddenly lose the ability to play at the level they're supposed to so the only option is the matchmaking system throws these losers on my team all at once on purpose.

I wish you would've provided the date/times for these games, would've made this point credible (not that I don't believe you, but Nitpicking Micromanaging Inferiority Complex Assassin main is going to show up and give you tons of crap for it)

God this list is life. Games like those I just try to avoid deaths, it's not even a K/D/R thing for me, I just try to practice damage mitigation through decision making.

Were are your stats, the champs they were playing, roles?

That's a delicious wall of numbers.

You might want to provide context if this is more than a rant.

I feel the same way about the current matchmaking. Some days you can win a lot, and others... You lose every. Single. Game. It's not like its an every once in a while thing either, this crap happens allllll the time. It's almost as if they see you doing well, so they just throw you in with people on a losing streak. And for what, so that maybe you can help them spring out of a slump? I'm sorry but one person isn't going to pull a bunch of idiots out of a rut.

Or perhaps they just want to keep gold, plat, and diamond smaller and more exclusive. The way to do that is to wreck rising mmr's by consistently matching winners with losers.

I'm not saying people in higher tiers don't deserve it. They certainly do. But it's almost like a lottery to get in.
