Dumb idea to help solo que players with this crappy DQ abomination.

Again this is a STUPID idea but it's at least putting something forward on the table.

How about giving solo-q players a nice little rewards for doing well or playing by themselves, I dunno...something like 5 additional LP on victory and maybe 2 or 3 less on loss. Or at least some % of a bonus, this way solo q players are more inclined to adjust to the new DQ and DQ players can be happy with playing in a group.

Either way there has to be a middle ground that will appeal to both groups of players. Otherwise you're alienating a portion of your players. And I think you as a company owe something to your soloQ players since you right out lied to them and kept their hopes up, sorry Riot but that's douchey and very very low of you.
