unless I'm wrong but +10% (20% total) AS decrease on rocket and 20+ mana cost (70 total) on chompers is over all a nerf sure the rocket base AS increased to .625 and works like cait but even so, I'm hesitant to say this is a good shift in balance especially considering the place she is now. I hear alotta people say shes no longer the best but shes not the worst and I really cant help but to agree what do you guys think?
