i think she is a more contested pick in pro play cuz of her utility with her ult, great team fight potential and cuz there is always tanks picked in pro play ( cuz they know how to pick a proper team comp) she is viable due to her kit and the items and how she scales in a game

Jaspers1 votesI think it's just the after effects of BorK changes and the support meta being tanks (if supports like Nami and Karma come back in she might fall out of favour), she's a decent pick at the moment due to these things and hasn't had any changes most the season. In Spring she was hardly played, plus her ult is dependent on her support.
