can i manipulate zyras plant RNG?

I know with things like kindred camps you can manipulate which will give the mark by killing off the other potential camps, so I know some forms of RNG can be screwed with

so I was wondering how I have to position myself to get them where I need them to be without w?

I know they have specific spawn points, and you can delay the spawn by being in brush. Beyond that i have not managed to manipulate them very accurately.
