How high have you seen Veigar's AP get vs people in summoner's rift?

Since Veigar got his new passive, it seems like his AP gets ridiculously high now. What have you all seen it up to in non-bot summoner's rift games?

In a bot game, I saw it over 1100 AP by 22 minutes.

1.5k was my veigars ap yesterday and it was the highest I've seen in my 3.5 years of league

2350 AP or around there. Super fed Veigar with Elder Dragon Buff, Rabadon's, Blue Buff, and then a Zeke's Herald proc. He instantly killed the enemy's ADC from 100% health and could killed the nearest tower in only a few round of basic attacks, like 2-4.

I was against one that wasnt super fed or anything and still managed to hit 900 ap by 25 mins
