We at riot realy care for providing a good gameplay expereince for the players

so we will give more freedom to toxic people than healthy players

I didnt think i will see that but i knew that it is possible ... its being a toxic person that cant be punished i found an entire team of such players to be my opponents and they were playing together

the best tool of a toxic person are emotes ... there is no report category that allows you to puniosh a person for standing on your scuttle shrine and spamming laugh as a team

those people were coordinated in an effort to bm us as hard as they could ... if we look at the report categories we have nothing that fits this type of behawiour thus it cant be punished

yet it is a fact ... that you are allowed to e toxic as you like and you are free to have fun ... but not other people

seriously why wasnt this ever adressed ? give emotes a couple seconds of cooldown and it would be all fine ... they are quite fun so it would be a shame to remove them ... but you cant allow people to abuse this tool with ill intentions in mind also there were some cases where people used emotes to cancel some animations (i believe this was a way to cheese riven's q's but im not sure)

anyway bad behawoiiur should not go unnoticed
