Masteries: Precision vs Intelligence
How much more worth is one than the other?
Precision, in my eyes, is like a well hidden trick. You don't really see how little it is worth because of how Lethality works now. 8.5 Lethality = 3.4 flat armor pen.
is that really more worth it than 5% CDR? Not to mention that if you take another 5%CDR in runes you can have a 10%CDR start. I use Intelligence, but I am wondering if the level 1-3 extra damage through Precision would be a substantial difference. Precision alone falls off mid-late game once people stack health and armor, however the CDR doesn't.
