Who is the weakest champ currently
Going to put some options, I don't necessarily think all these champs are bad but they either don't see much play, have been nerfed hard or have low win rates.

Miss Fortune imo.
I played her ranked and got to gold with her. She's definitely not weak. (sitting at ~60% win rate with her right now.)
I found a rock in a pool, therefore all rocks must be from pools.
There's no way an early game lane bully is going to be weak. At the least you will shut down the enemy even if you cant solo carry
i only play late game and find it quite easy to just farm and outscale
what if you never get to late game?
then i lose
IMO, that's Kassadin for me. After going through hell in lane he needs like 4 items to become more relevant than a minion.
Even if you think Kassadin has pretty relevant damage.
You just can't downvote the second sentence. You can't.
The worst champions IMO are the ones with mechanics that are so OP to the point where they nerf the champion's stats into the ground, because then you get a bunch of Faker wanna-be's who don't understand the champion and then feed the whole game.
I am really inclined to say either Veigar or Zilean since I have HATED 5.4 with every fiber of my being, but, I am afraid it is Elise. All those champions need serious help, however. (with Kassadin, however, we might need to be a little careful, I can't forget 90+ ban rate Kassa)
Bard's problem, to me, seems to be the existence of excessive counterplay to his kit, rather than him being bad by nature.
GP... Oh GP. I love playing you mid, but you just can't be buffed because I know how annoying it is to lane against you. (similar to Shaco) With your mana, your squishiness and how bad you are against tanks, I doubt you can be of much use until your rework.
Olaf is super easy to kite, no matter how tough he becomes late game. It doesn't matter if you are immune to CC if your only CC is a slow skillshot and if every marksman is super mobile.
Veigar is forced to be a punching bag for 40 minutes, I can't even begin to mention how he only has 1 basic ability and 1 R, and how your mana problems still persist, your ult deals less damage and it still costs more than 100 mana.
Zilean is no longer reliable in any way. Damage, speed boost, they all feel worse and very hard to really make use of, not to mention Chronoshift no longer being rewindable, and still costing more than 100 mana.
About Ryze I still don't know much, I'm afraid, but I know his winrate dropped with a rework that gave him counterplay (See: Veigar and Zilean)
Eve actually doesn't seem to be that bad compared to those others. Not very good, but definitely better than these.
If I could mention someone else, I'd say Shen. He is the only energy hungry champion in existence, no matter how well his player uses him. (Kennen can still get a decent amount of energy back with his kit, and I won't even mention the other 3) Plus his AP ratios are completely random and, as a tank, he really feels lacking in teamfighting, pushing waves, etc...
no champion that can infinitely scale in anything expecially ap is weak
Well.. that might be stretching it a bit far... like if you suddenly removed Riven ult and gave her a new ult which gave her the ability to gain AP on each minion and champion kill and on activation it would increase the AP gain for the next 20/40/60 seconds That would probably almost kill Riven and make her rather weak
well considering that she doesnt have anything that scales with ap maybe but then there is that mastery that does damage to magic damage based on ap which would be some hidden damage for that riven you discribed with only 1 mastery point displacement at some point if you choose to achnologe it you would have a nasus q on every attack you just have to focus on farmingalso ludens echo would get alot use if you wanted to use it in conjunction with that passive considering its the only broken scaling damage item in the game
~5% damage if I remember correctly. With a full AP build you have around 1k AP with no defenses. That's 50 measly magic damage on hit.
gives you that, with attack speed and magic resist reduction to boot. Not a viable item unless you have ridiculous onhit procs like
.
is good. people are just bad and dont realize he's all based on teamwork.
"alright guys, i just ulted 3 of their tanks, melt the carries before they come up"
rest of the team waits until tanks come out of stasis and start hitting them as soon as they come up
or "hey go take the healing shrine while you're right next to it farming"
adc waits until lane gets pushed past it to try to get it, and gets killed "wtf bard you're trash
or my personal favorite is when i ult someone as bard, and AFTER I throw my ult, people all try to ult the enemy team before they get stasis'd. and then i get slapped with "wow bard trolling what a shitty ult"
Elise. Even Bard has some unique uses. There is nothing that Elise can do that someone else can't do better right now.
Even with her generalized kit, I have to agree. Besides being able to make flashy plays (that, be-tee-dubs, make little to no difference) she has nothing. She is by far the most in need of buffs. I also know that as soon as she gets them, 90% of the community will BEG for nerfs. Dilemmas suck, don't they? =/
There's a middle ground somewhere, I'm sure of it. Granted, Elise has a bit of a history. When she was at her peak, she was TERRIFYING.
She just needs more damage and less synergy with tank items. Full AP assassin Elise would be far more balanced than tank/assassin Elise, and until Riot gets that nothing will change.
Well some parts of her kit doesn't really work well of Assassination though Like her spiderlings.. if you are trying to assassinate someone they likely won't get enough time to get much done... same with her AP - on-hit damage Oh and her spider W probably won't be that useful either for the same reasons
And her human Q is a bit awkward in that Assassins usually want to go for the squishy ADC/APC and then flat damage is usually better then % damage... And her human E is hard CC... Riot doesn't like hard CC on Assassins though it is a skill shot so I guess it is kind of fine

Skarner is a beast tight now you are all mixed up, he is in top 10 for junglers.
Cinderhulk was what brought Skarner back into viability. The cinderhulk nerfs were a direct nerf to Skarner, and a hard one at that.
Lol no. I played Skarner before Cinderhulk was introduced and he was just as good before. The Cinderhulks nerfs barely nerfed Skarner since he doesnt rely on health compared to Sej and Gragas.
Exactly. He has no HP scaling, he used the immolate passive because his playstyle puts him in the middle of fights. And the immolate passive was what got nerfed while the bonus HP was untouched, hence Skarner was hurt more than the other tanks.
If he doesnt rely on hp scaling like sej and gragas that means he was less affected. Sej and gragas abilitys and passive scale with hp where as skarner doesnt. Skarner is better with resistances anyways since he already has a strong shield
Crap meant to put Taric as an option.
He isn't weak though. Has good sustain, an armor aura, a reliable stun, and deals decent damage. Can also become absurdly tanky against physical damage. He's fallen out of popularity in due part to people thinking they gutted him (nerfs were harsh, but they didn't destroy him) and other champions do some of his utility better. That and his high mana costs (which nothing Frozen Heart/Iceborne Gauntlet and/or Righteous Glory can't fix.)
Elise needs a buff...
Zilean's the worst. Hands down. His kit in a team fight is for engage and disengage, but it doesn't exactly help the logistics of it unless someone out-right dies (then his ult is a free GA). Other supports actually help bring team fights to a close with damage, or keep people healthy with shields and heals. Others use stuns and slows to lock players down. Zilean...throws a pathetic bomb and hopes he can land the stun combo, and since he isn't adding damage, just twiddles his thumbs until it's time to retreat. He can help chase or retreat in a skirmish, but he's bad in big team fights, and big team fights dictate how games turn out unless the enemy is purely dedicated to split pushing your shit in all game long...and that's rare.
I can't remember the last game I've been in where the Zilean won, whether he's on my team or not. Also, why is Tristana not on this list? I'd still vote for Zilean, but Tristana's bad enough to be put on a list like this.
Bard, to be fair, is pretty broken right now. I've seen many successful Bards and the trick is to build super tanky, max Q for the stun and build 40% CDR (which is fairly easy with support items). At max level and CDR, your Q can double stun every 4.2 seconds for 1.6 seconds. If you chain your Q with your ult correctly, you can have 2 members of the enemy team perma-stunned for the entirety of the fight till they die. If one of those two members is the ADC, gratz you just won a teamfight. Also, since your Q is up every 4.2 seconds, you're practically impossible to kill.
You're also completely uncatchable in the jungle. If anyone tries to chase you, just take a magical journey and anyone who chases, Q them into the wall when they pop out.
Bard OP man. Just no one knows how to fully utilize him. (Including myself.
)
Bard. It will always be Bard until his kit gets reworked, or hyperbuffed to beyond brokenness. All of the champion listed above have specific niches at least, and can at least function on their own.
Elise is really weak, but she's still able to actually do her job.
Olaf is anything but weak thanks to that bullshit buff on his ultimate. He's still a clunk to play with a doubled up kit, but he's not anywhere close to the weakest.
Gangplank is pretty bad in his "meta" role. But take him as a tank jungler or a bot lane support, and he's actually a very good off meta pick.
Veigar is actually in a good spot balance-wise right now, it's just the bullshit LeZed meta counters his playstyle. Once those two are eventually whack a moled, he'll come back.
Zilean is really bad. Like Skarner bad after his rework. He's extremely clunky to play, and nowhere near as satisfying.
Ryze has been turned into a cookie cutter mage, but you can faceroll and get pentakills, it's just he's building Iceborn Guantlet instead of Frozen Heart thanks to Riot's CDR on his ultimate.
Evelynn is trash. She's old Sion bad in terms of kit synergy, and can't sustain in jungle or in lane. If Bard didn't exist, Evelynn would be the worst champ in the game right now.
Kassadin is ok. He's weak, but his ultimate is so ridiculous it makes up for his weak numbers and bad laning.
Bard has only one damaging ability, is squishy, and doesn't scale particularly well. No amount of number tweaks is going to balance him. It's sad because Bard did have so much potential.
Elise can do her job? What is Elise's job? A stun bot with Cocoon? Bruiser DPS?
Wow you don't even have Aatrox on there lol
I actually think THATS how bad aatrox is. Nobody even cares. I've seen a handful of "Aatrox needs help" threads but most of the community doesn't even care how bad he is. They forget he's even in the game.
Olaf is 10000x better than aatrox
Elise is definitely not worth the amount of skill it takes to play her.
how about poppy i hardly see poppy..i play her often but i never see one against me ever like ever
All I know is I don't see her very often but when I do they usually get super fed and carry.
Poppy isn't weak, she's just league's last true hypercarry. Truly horrendous laning phase but can 6 item 1v5. I really hope riot doesn't make her into yet another generic dps carry.
Why in the world do people think Evelynn and Olaf are weak? They are not weak.
There might be shitty champs but all champs are good when circumstances are found. E.g. Darius is slow as FCK, BUT if you have sivir with you, then Darius will be up in ur ***. Darius can't CC lockdown anyone. If he has amumu jg, then that will make him get 4 stacks of bleed in 2 secs. Its all about circumstances tbh.
Some champions are just not played when they have other champions open. E.g. who will play varus when Jinx is open? If sej and grag is not banned, would u play Evelyn? Some might say that a champion is extremely weak. I won't say there are strong cuz I don't know much about that champ, e.g. Elise.
Very good synthesis.
Elise by far, then Zilean. Everyone else is actually alright as niche picks atm. Especially Olaf with that last buff. Dunno why Aatrox isn't on the list tho. Used to main him but now he's just far too weak. I admit he still adds tons to AoE comps though.
No matter how far ahead I may get as Elise, when I play her I feel useless as soon as the enemies start getting any items at all. She needs decent scaling. A fed Elise is less of a threat than most other champions when underfed.
Not sure who is the worst, but all of them on that list are shitty champs. GP and Bard are probably the best on that list. I'd also add Shen and Zac tbh. Probably also Mundo, jax, jayce and azir.
Elise and Bard are the only ones here who I ever see are really useless. Olaf, Veigar, Kass, Zilean, and Gangplank I see played well often.
Elise. I don't play her but, my god, every game I see her in she doesn't do that good. she's just so squishy and easy to kill throughout the whole game.
Probably Zac. Does he even have muscles?
