Suggestion to help lessen last second ARAM dodges

People are gonna dodge in ARAM champ select. No matter how much you increase the dodge timer it could be 15 minutes, 30, 24 hours. They'd rather dodge and lose a week's worth of ARAM time than to play 15-25 minutes with a champion they hate.

However what's more annoying than ARAM dodgers, are the last second ones. You get into a mindset with your team comp, you set up everything and you're in the zone, ready to play your champ. Then at the last 2 seconds, someone just dodges. This is annoying for several reasons.

The biggest reason of all of course, is that it wastes a ton of time.

Each champ select is 66 seconds. You wait 1 minute and 6 seconds for every champ select. If someone waits the ENTIRE 60 seconds and dodges at 2 seconds, you need to wait another 66 seconds for another champ select. Everytime a person dodges, you wait another minute and some change. Imagine that this happens 5 times in a row. You just sat in ARAM queue for 5 minutes.

If they're going to dodge, they have a lot of time to contemplate it. :(

My suggestion would be ether to cut the Champ Select down to 30 seconds, or remove the ability to dodge after 15 - 20 seconds... it really doesn't need to be 66 seconds.
