Unpopular Opinion: Remake shouldn't exist in Blind Pick

Look, the reason you pick up blind pick is to play in a normal game with ABSOLUTELY no pressure on you, so you can fuck around and do whatever you wish (as long as it isn't trolling). Pick off-meta? Who gives? It's blind, people shouldn't take it seriously.

Remake just completely ruins the flow of blinds. It wastes way too much time for an RNG factor where ~~half ~~ 80% of the time, the player just has computer issues and probably will reconnect within 10-15 minutes anyway. And who cares if you lose because of it? The point of blind is to experiment, practice, or have fun, not necessarily to win. If they got through champ select, they probably have client issues. It's not a big deal. Worst case scenario, you have fun (or try) for 20-30 minutes and get into a new game.

Remake just makes everything take longer. In ranked it obviously makes sense. In normal draft it is probably okay (even though it wastes 10 extra minutes of your life, but that's a bit more of a serious game mode than blind). But blind pick shouldn't have it.

Fucking around doing whatever you wish is a pretty good description of trolling so your argument starts off from a position of self contradiction right away.

If your team feels the same way they will just vote no on the remake or don't even start it. If they don't feel the same way what makes your wish to get stuck in the agony of a lost game more important than theirs to avoid it?

Because losing while you're at a disadvantage you have no control over is so boring.
