Why Jax have 2 casts on Counter Strike? Lack fo Counterpaly

I would like to say I main champion who requires to have knowledge of his opponents abilities and precise timing when to use Alpha Strike to dodge potentially deadly abilities that would otherwise kill me or in other words I have a way to outplay my opponents

Why Jax have the luxury to choose when to stun his opponents? He is very tanky, is one of the highest dps in the league, can jump to anything including wards to escape from dangerous situations has mixed damage and hard cc on top of that which is very hard to predict when it will happen

Counter Strike dodges all basic attacks, reduce AoE damage by 25%, does phys damage based on how much damage he dodges and on top of that it stuns all nearby enemies. So with such over overloaded ability Jax have the luxury to choose when to stun you?

At the moment he presses the E key second time he stuns you instantly without any feedback at all. If I have good reaction why should I feel punished or something? When Jax is suppose to stun then you are suppose to be able to tell when he is going to stun you but instead Jax stuns you instantly without any clear way to tell that which is kinda lack of any form of counterplay

Fiora's Riposte is able to dodge all types of damage but is very clear if she consumes any type of hard CC then she will stun you and there is also target direction that you know where she aims at as well as the time for you to do something so you don't get stun by the hard cc that she parries.

Irelia also stuns you but are a clearly able to see when irelia is going to stun you so you can react to that

Jax stuns you whenever he likes without any clear way when he is going to do that and this in my opinion is kinda a problem

Since Counter Strike is such overloaded abilities and does so much why not remove the 2nd cast and make it last 1.5 seconds and then stuns you instantly? That way you are able to predict when to use abilities that is able to deal with that cause not only the ability is very overloaded but right now lacks any form counterplay at all just because Jax is able to choose when to stun you without any clarity or preparation or any type of animation when he is going to do that or whatever that will tell me that Jax right now is going to stun nearby opponents

counter strike is actually pretty easy to telegraph. I mean, it turns him into a big ass chopper. but jax has to be tanky or he would never actually have a chance to get into melee range to output any damage.

besides, as master yi you have a free ass blink by just pressing q, just wait for him to pop counterstrike first then q

stop trying to make it seem as if it takes skill to press q on yi XD

you saying jax is more skillful champion that Yi while master Yi have to predict when to use alpha strike otherwise he will die. In that case what does Jax have to predict in order to beat Yi?

So what makes jax more skillful and mindful champion than Yi?

nothing, because I never said one was more skillful then the other, only that yi is a pretty basic champ.

jax has to hold out his counter strike until you use your q though.
