@Meddler What fantasy are you hitting with the Poppy rework?

Hey there; long time Poppy player here. I've been interested in the Poppy rework since it got hinted at; I've been working on my own since Tristana's rework came out. I'm pretty heavily invested in how she turns out.

Recently, you mentioned that Poppy's E is the only part that you'll be saving from her old kit, because you want her to require longer engages than she does at present. I understand that, but combining the fact that the burstiness is what makes Poppy a threat late game (tankiness without damage or reliable CC doesn't do that), a lot of people play Poppy for the burstiness, and the recent changes to Quinn that take away everything that made her who she was, I'm a bit worried about where the Poppy rework is going.

I hope that you're focusing on the part that I like best; the way that Poppy can come up with a stupid plan, charge in against all odds, complete the mission, and walk away with 13 HP, spamming laugh while the enemy team whines about her passive. That's playing Poppy for me.

If you're going for something else entirely different, I'd like to know ahead of time so that I can prepare myself. Thanks!
